Office and business – the working worlds of tomorrow

The Quartier Heidestraße is where the workplaces of tomorrow are being created, with offices that reflect the spirit of this city and this location. The proximity to politics, city administration, economics, culture and medicine, combined with perfect transport connections, make this an ideal location – a space for innovative workplace solutions.

A design for 10 interconnected buildings by architectural firm EM2N is being built. They are all different in design, with five having 12 floors that also serve to accentuate the horizontal structures. The bright facades are made from precast concrete elements and feature references to Berlin’s industrial architecture. In several places, recesses in the facade provide for loggias, as well as atriums and balcony areas that open to the outside. The architectural concept of use also gives a distinctive look to each address, promoting significant user identification.

The commercial zone will run along the railway lines on the western edge of the quarter and provide around 114,000 sqm gross floor area.

The buildings: distinctive and dynamic

The architectural design of the buildings and their impressive entrance areas make them ideal for company headquarters. With innovative and versatile office layouts increasingly in demand, the interiors and commercial spaces are also very flexible. Start-ups and other companies with individual and innovative requirements can customise the designs and the use of space.

The opportunities: innovative and versatile

The Quartier Heidestraße offers a unique range of modern spaces suitable for different commercial uses like retail, service, industry, media, real estate, fintech, start-up, internet and IT or a wide range of creative businesses. For these sectors, and many others, the location provides the ideal conditions for successfully developing their business.

A number of small-scale office units will also be built along Heidestrasse.
