More than 16,000 employees will work in Europacity in the future – a considerable number. Approximately 10,000 of these will be employed in the Heidestrasse neighbourhood alone. It is therefore important to be able to offer a wide variety of office types in a wide variety of sizes, because from start-ups to corporations, every tenant has different office requirements. The quarter can offer all of these spaces: from 200 m² to 70,000 m², various building depths and ceiling heights, from small cell offices to large open space offices, with their own address generation or as a partial space in a building – there is room for everyone here.
